Includes on-site coordination services to couples who only need assistance on the day of the event. We are represented as your wedding coordinators for your wedding day. You meet with our consultant eight to ten weeks in advance to discuss your specific plans. We take all of your information and coordinate with you and your vendors exactly what is necessary to make your wedding day go exactly as planned​.
For couples within 3-to-11 months of wedding day, who have already started planning (i.e., with date, venue, list and some vendors confirmed), The Kelly Way can "take it from here", continuing to coordinate vendors and provide updates all the way through and including Day of Wedding management.
Provides ultimate full service assistance and professional advice from initial consultation to Day of Wedding Coordination. Our goal is to make your wedding one-of-a-kind. With tremendous care and attention to detail, we take all steps needed to ensure that your caterers, florists, photographers, make-up artists, musicians and stagers bring a uniqueness and quality to your event.
Provides access to full inventory of our stocked rentals with setup. Have your own? We also provide set up and takedown as a stand alone service.
We are here to assist every step of the way from building aesthetic and overall theme, making purchases, coordinating with caterer, bar service, and other event vendors, and curating games, to set up & takedown of your event.
